Our original booking was pre-Covid and we had to move the holiday twice as the situation developed. Both occasions Sleeps 12 handled this very well for us and as we were going at a different time of year the only difference in cost was that between the original booking and the fee for the new date. I thought this more than acceptable. Then notifications as we got close to the date of the holiday were very good and questions we asked were answered very quickly. I think they did a great job all round, the property was fabulous and I would definitely use them again and book another holiday with them.
