Friendly and helpful service on the phone. The Sleeps12 on-line booking system seemed to operate efficiently but then we became confused by queries made of some odd notes that appeared on our booking record that had no relevance and had not been entered by us. There was a period of some concern when we were notified of an organization change and then a change back again to Sleeps12.
The property rented, Garden Court, was ideal for our family get-together with great facilities. Unfortunately, it is no longer dog friendly or we would book it again.
