I asked an operative for details about taxi firms in the area and was told to Google it. As an acoustician, I also think that the disclaimers surrounding noise and noise monitors is a little over officious and can lead to some amount of anxiety pre-stay. The owners were much more relaxed about noise than the website suggested. I also couldn't see any trace of a noise monitor in the kitchen as advertised, and regardless, would suggest that this wouldn't be the correct place to install one to monitor disturbance to nearby residents.
