It was very easy to deal with Sleeps12.
There was good detailed information about the property and any additional questions we had were dealt with promptly and clearly.
Directions and arrival instructions were good and our 3 families travelling separately to the property found it easily.
We have stayed in Sleeps12 cottages on a number of occasions and will continue to use the company in the future.
