Great house with a seamless check in. We had a fabulous time at Otterhead House and the property was of a high standard. We particularly loved the cinema room, and the spaciousness in the house. The master bedroom above the kitchen commands spectacular views of the garden below and the surrounding countryside, through its floor to ceiling double aspect floor to ceiling windows. The location above the main kitchen did mean that whenever anyone was up late, or early below, the noise carried so i would recommend good earplugs and ...maybe less wine. What we particularly liked was the recommendations for additional services, which we used. Jackie's Cakes was AMAZING and plentiful for afternoon tea which we had delivered on arrival(would highly recommend this) and Marc Jerem came to the house and prepared the most delicious meal for us on our last night. Still craving the fish cakes... A stunning place.
