Chrustmas day sat in the kitchen from 6a.m.until 10a.m. To cook our turkey, bacon on the top cremated on a 'supposed' temperature of 175. Following day it would not work at all. Top oven would not work either. 2/01/2021 grill light stayed on for 2 seconds , grill does not work. Called vendor to arrange 'repair'. 5/01/2021 service engineer took the back off the cooker and found loose connections , two defective thermostats and one defective switch needed to enable functionality if the appliance. He said it would take a week to obtain parts from Italy. Called the vendor and explained the situation and that the appliance is not fit for purpose, as such I want it removed with a view to replacing it with another brand. Do yourself a favour do NOT by Smeg!
