Oh smilekit. Where do I begin with smilekit? Maybe I’ll begin with their second to none customer service. Throughout the entire 6 month process, every single person on the team was so accommodating to me and answered every little annoyance I could possibly throw at them. They made sure to keep up to date with me and tracked my progress and as soon as I had a concern, they would book me into one of their clinics to be checked and reassured. They are so on top of their game and always manage to make you feel like you are their ONLY focus at that time which is the foundation of an amazing company.
