I ordered a BOGO but only received 1 item. After struggling with customer service for several days, I sent them a picture of their own shipping label which clearly showed only 1 item shipped, instead of 2. Apparently they ignored their own shipping info until they were forced to acknowledge it. I also got bad delivery info that showed delivery 24 hrs before it actually arrived.
After all that, both delivered items are UNUSABLE. On the first item, the neck is incorrectly angled over the bowl which means your face is directly over the flame when lighting. Ouch! On the second item, there's a blockage somewhere between the bowl and end of the neck, making it impossible to draw.
This was a TOTAL waste of time and money, plus lots of frustration. Do NOT recommend unless you enjoy getting cheated.
