Product tampered with. I clicked and collected a box of Lego for £130, when I took the box out of the car all the lego pieces fell out! On examining the box it was obvious the box had been tampered with. I did not take the item back straight away as I thought the shop would be closed due to lockdown (I picked the item up the day before lockdown). I called head office and they told me to take it back for an exchange. I took it back to the shop in Reading, Berkshire, the manager refused to exchange the product for a new unopened box and accused me of opening and damaging the box myself! My son now has a damaged box for Christmas and a product that quite possibly has missing parts. Very unhappy customer. Will never buy from here again, ever.
