“We needed a smart watch, the website stated they had stock but none on the shop floor,we ask an assistant who got a ladder and looked on the top shelf but couldn’t find any.The store manager then helped search and after 10 minutes or so found the item.It woutof been so easy for them just to have said there weren’t any but they went the extra mile”
“Product tampered with. I clicked and collected a box of Lego for £130, when I took the box out of the car all the lego pieces fell out! On examining the box it was obvious the box had been tampered with. I did not take the item back straight away as I thought the shop would be closed due to lockdown (I picked the item up the day before lockdown). I called head office and they told me to take it back for an exchange. I took it back to the shop in Reading, Berkshire, the manager refused to exchange the product for a new unopened box and accused me of opening and damaging the box myself! My son now has a damaged box for Christmas and a product that quite possibly has missing parts. Very unhappy customer. Will never buy from here again, ever.”
