I ordered a photobook for my best friend's 30th, as during lockdown I am unable to see her to celebrate. I was very pleased with the speed at which it was shipped. However, when checking the Royal Mail tracking, it said the below;

Tracking no. QJ*********GB
Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 04-06-2020 as it was not possible to identify the delivery address. It will now be returned to the sender.

The address on the item was either incorrect or does not exist.

I therefore went onto livechat at Snapfish and was told I would have to wait for the delivery window for the item to be delivered to be over, as it could still be delivered. Which is obviously incorrect as it was RETURNED!
I then went back on livechat today and spoke with a support member who was helpful i nthat he has reordered my item and it will now be remade.
However at no point was any discount offered. I used snapfish as I thought they were good - I would advise against anyone using snapfish for a gift, you will be DISAPPOINTED. I wish I had gone elsewhere
