I bought a thermal mug from them, one that when you put hot water the picture shows. After less then 3 months the printing started to peel off in many spots. They said that it was more than 28 days therefore they are not going to do anything about it. Such a waist.

Very unhappy with the quality of my photos (6x4). I ordered a set of photos from snapfish and an identical set form another well known company. The difference between the photos is astonishing and clearly showing that the photos ordered from snapfish have been compressed to much it has ruin the clarity The Snapfish photos will be going in the bin and I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Like many other reviews of late (I have read a few stating this exact problem I experiened), I ordered prints of a specific size, to find that they were not the exact size ordered, for example, I ordered two 16.5x12inch prints - when they arrived something made me measure them and found that they were 16.5x11.75inch. I know a tolerance in measurements does occur and is expected (maybe 1 or 2 mm), but 1/4 inch is not within what people would accept as a tolerance in measurement. Either Snapfish are intentionally printing images smaller that the size they are selling or the calibration of machines needs realigning. Within this order and experience I also ordered; Four 8in x 6in (measuring these they are 8in x5.75in). I also for sizing up claimed 10 free prints (well 9 actually as the price calculation was incorrect), again these should be 4in x 6in (measuring these are 4in x 5.75in). UPDATE - I have been waiting for almost 1 hour to discuss with Snapfish's only chat customer service and still have not been connected with a live agent. UPDATE 2 - The same issues were raised with size as other reviewers, discrepancies in sizes are acceptable, yes I appreciate some tolerance maybe 1 or 2millimeetres, but a 1/4 inch tolerance is not an acceptable tolerance.

Absolutely shocking, placed an order in November with next day delivery and still waiting having been promised twice the order has been sent.

I ordered a personalised jigsaw. It stated it would come in a box with the image on the box. What I received was a box that you would get a pizza or fish and chips in with a bit of paper glued on the front. It looks horrendous and I would be embarrassed to give someone this as a gift. Tried to complain but customer service has ignored me.

Snapfish is a scam. They have zero customer service. I ordered an item for delivery. It has not arrived. There are no updates on the tracking. I’ve emailed multiple times and received no reply. Their chat function just sends you to an FAQ page which sends you to the tracking page and you’re caught in an endless loop with no resolution. They take your money and leave you high and dry.

Used to print out wedding and honeymoon pictures - my screaming red hair looks brown, my bright purple weding dress is muted and the Adriatic skies and sunsets on our honeymoon are awful - just dim and no bright blues.

Ordered a number of 4x4" prints which eventually arrived cut too short. Contacted Snapfish who initially kindly offered to credit my account so they could be ordered again, except the second time arrived with the same issue. Contacted customer service again to ask for a refund feeling completely disappointed with the quality and time wasted, to be told it needed to be passed on to a manager to assess. I then receive an e-mail confirming their pitiful terms and conditions that state "all sizes mentioned on the Services are approximate and some deviations can be expected as the products are created on an individual basis." I certainly do not expect when ordering products from a printing service, to receive items that are not cut to scale - not only on one occasion but twice, despite a reference to 'understanding accurate sizing is essential'. Reference to the 'skilled artisans' 'taking pride in crafting each product with the utmost care and attention to detail' is laughable - how an 'expert' can get such a simple detail wrong is unacceptable. My satisfaction, or providing a seamless customer service, is clearly NOT Snapfish's top priority which they state it to be, considering the order totalled less than a measly £5, surely it would have made more sense to refund this and keep your customer happy, rather than upset and lose them entirely. After this occurrence I will not be using Snapfish in the future for printing any products, nor will I be recommending the service to anyone!

f I could rate zero I would If I could rate zero I would. The photos produced are so inaccurate that they do not fit the frames bought to fit the same size photo. They cut people off the end of the photos (which was not shown in the edit as it was uploaded) and the customer service is absolutely shocking. Very very very disappointed with this company. And no one was willing to help resolve it, offer a replacement or provide a refund. The photos, from my wedding, unfortunately have had to go straight in the bin as they are very poorly made, unprofessional and the wrong size. I would NEVER RECOMMEND and certainly will NEVER use again. I have had to cut my losses due to the incompetence of the customer service agents and take my business elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will be very disappointed!

Downloaded various photos apps at the time so couldn’t remember who I actually placed my order with but received confirmation from ‘OnlinePass’ that I ordered with them (not that I can find an app under that name but Snapfish were one of my downloads).. anyway I never received anything from OnlinePass even though they charged me three times; twice was double billing in error & third for a subscription I didn’t sign up "ID Photo Protection Service (£5.90/mo), 30 day free trial" I’ve found out apparently they put this in the T&C when you place the order & your iPhone doesn’t need to authorise it with your ID. However I randomly received some photos from Snapfish of another woman?! Snapfish told me they have no orders under my account & were confused. They took the reference from the photos & said they’d end the live chat now & email me. Never received an email. I can only assume OnlinePass & Snapfish are related. They both have poor reviews. Luckily I managed to sort this with my bank by raising a dispute & since I received no service they were able to refund me but warned in future to check the sneaky hidden T&Cs

After placing an order I quickly realised the delivery address was wrong. I contacted the company and was told the address would be changed and the item delivered to the correct address but they then delivered it to the original wrong address instead. There are many company's that offer this printing service so best to look elsewhere as this company has the worst customer service I have ever encounted. They won't even give me a refund!

The money for my order was taken but no sign of delivery. The contact information for customer services says that they can be contacted by phone, email and live chat. Fantastic; BUT there is no telephone number, no email address and live chat onle redirects you back to the home page. As I do not use Social media I am left with no method of contacting Snapfish to ask a straightforward question.

Not only no cheaper than the leading photo book supplier (CEWE) but pics came out lacking punch and dull - the same pics via CEWE were a true representation of the originals uploaded. Not recommended.

Ordered a Mother’s Day card two weeks in advance. After the estimated delivery date passed, I discovered they hadn’t printed my card. I called straight away to query and was told it would be posted 1st class, they sent it 2nd. Mother’s Day was yesterday, we still don’t have the card.

Absolutely shocking experience, as well as dreadful customer service. STAY AWAY From this company if you don’t want to be stressed out of your mind over your order. Payed an extortionate amount for fast delivery well in time for Christmas, literally classed as “overnight delivery”. Well tell me what kind of overnight delivery takes 2 weeks? Surely should be renamed to fortnightly delivery. When I purchased my items, (not to mention they charge delivery separate for each item even though going to same address) the predicted date was well before Christmas. When the item was dispatched it’s now saying it will take several days longer, so if I’m lucky it will come before the end of the new year! It can’t be tracked either! Tried messaging their social media and emailing which I got no response from, not to mention I also saw many angry comments from customers with the same problem as me, which suggests this happens often. I tried the live chat option, which dosnt work. And also tried calling customer service, which IF you do finally get through, they put you on hold for no obvious reason, and leave you on hold until you have no choice but to hang up and ring again, or they just hang up on you if you won’t hang up on them! There is no logical reason to be putting someone on hold for over 20 minutes just to “check” an order status. I hope everyone reading this review decides to order elsewhere, as only then snapfish will start to improve. As even if I do manage to get a refund AFTER the new year, I still won’t have my gifts for Christmas, and now don’t even have time to order them from elsewhere. Every other order I’ve placed from other companies has came in time, so just really does say a lot about the terrible service of this company. AVOID like the plague

Beware, if you don't have an account you can not save your work! I spent hours creating a new project which was a photo album, but as I didn't have an account I could not save the work, when I created an account and tried to save my work the site reloaded and I lost all of it, and there is no way to get it back.

Terrible product quality and awful customer service. Free photo prints with the quality you’d expect from the same.

Very disappointed. Faces so dark couldn't see them. Cropped people yet I fitted the photo in the size they recommended. Colours much different than original photos. Service was quick.
