Ich finde das Produkt ansich gut. Leider ist nach nur 6 Monaten im Betrieb die "Ladestation" also die Warmhalteplatte defekt. Nach Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst wurde diese anstandslos ersetzt aber mit der Info dass die Flaschenböden Kostenpflichtig mit ersetzt werden müssen. (Weil Designänderung)
Ach wenn der Betrag überschaubar ist finde ich es nicht zufriedenstellend dem Kunden hier Kosten in Rechnung zu stellen weil diese in Abhängigkeit der Ladestation stehen. Hier sehe ich noch Verbesserungsbedarf im Rahmen der Kundenzufriedenheit.
