Wir haben nach Erhalt des Snoozis festgestellt, dass die Wärmestation leider einen Defekt hatte. Der Kundenservice war jedoch sehr hilfreich und entgegenkommend. Man schickte uns schnell eine neue Station die einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Snoozi, da er sehr einfach zu benutzen ist und uns hilft, nachts besser zu schlafen!
