I had inadvertantly run into two small pieces of 2x4 lumber, because they were covered with 3" of snow! I called your tech dept. and explained what had happened. He asked me to send him a picture of the bent impellerblade, after he listened to the rubbing noise coming from the proximity of the impeller. My son took the snow blower to his garage and straightened the impeller blade and returned it to my home. I changed the belt and was able to use my Snow Joe to remove the 12.2" of snow we had last Saturday. I recently put chains on my blower and with the help of your tech and my son, I was able to escape a great amount of dreaded shoveling! Thanks again to the Snow Joe Team!
