The Snow Joe support team (Fe Herediano) is first class. After a starting problem with my cordless snow blower, he was quick to give me possible solutions. When these didn't work, he worked with the warranty department to quickly get me a replacement blower. The entire process took less than 3 business days and was like working with a friend or family.
