The cordless snow blower products seem to be very poorly made - I am on my third snow blower this year, and neither of the previous two could work for more than 5 minutes before running into issues. The first one, ion18sb, died and could not be restarted. The 2nd one, 24v-x2-20sb, kept cutoff when touching just a bit of snow. The current one was able to complete one snow clearing job - fingers crossed wish it can last.
The warranty service, on another hand, is exceptional. Replacement was quick.
However I do wish the product quality can be better.
