My snow Joe hose started leaking very badly - called customer service with my issue - Very Helpful! I had to email a photo of the hose leaking - within minutes I had a case number and a shipping label for the return hose. Took the boxed hose to UPS and the next day a new hose was on its way. Pays to register you products.
