I broke the on/off switch on the Snow Joe within the first months of usage. Called to get a replacement, and was told that the switch was on back order. Checked back in a few weeks, was offered a replacement unit (bigger size) if I would send the broken switch unit back. I did that, received the replacement unit promptly .
