Recently I had to request the status of my warranty on my extending pole saw. A return notification was received almost immediately, followed in a few days by an email saying that my warranty had been approved. The email outlined the return procedure, very easy to follow instructions. With over 16 Sun Joe utilities, this was the first to need replacement. Your products have allowed me to give away all my conventional gas powered tools. It also gave me the ability to purchase tools that I did not already have. I am completely happy with Sun Joe.
