Outstanding Customer Service...
I purchased the Snow Joe tiller/cultivator. I had an issue with it on first run. I contacted their customer service. The issue was quickly resolved, and I received a new tiller/cultivator within days of send the original back.
Next yard equipment that I purchase, I will be looking to Snow Joe and their products.
