Customer service are very professional.
I love the idea of the lightweight hoses but the quality needs giant QC. I bought 3 hoses in April and my 4th replacement is to arrive tomorrow. With the 2 year warranty and my determation Snow Joe will loose money. QC has to be done on these hoses.
