I have enjoyed my experinece with the SunJOE hand-held vac I purchased through QVC. When there was a problem I received quick and acceptable solutions. I was even delighted that the woman I spoke with promised to send a new vac to eliminate the problems. I appreciated that very much. I spoke with someone yesterday and I believe a new hand -held vac is arriving soon. I can't wait to have it as I use it all the time around my home. Even thinking of getting another one to have upstairs. Thank you for being thoughtful and truthful about your product. I will continue to look for Sun Joe products when necessary. Nancy
