SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I really hate getting scammed. I bought this dress Aug. 28th express shipping ended up paying $118 (dress was around $80) and quality was so cheap I couldn't believe I paid that much, but I needed it for a birthday party so I decided to just exchange for a bigger size, but they said I could not get a refund or exchange for a bigger size I could only get store credit and repurchase the correct size. The dress was too small and the zipper kept getting stuck so I had to pay $30 to return it back within the 14day period (I live in the USA). I had to contact them because I hadn't heard from them in a month. They responded a day later when I asked them about returning my dress to exchange it for a bigger size, but now that I've actually sent it there was no response for weeks. They finally responded to me yesterday (OCTOBER) saying that the dress had a "stain" and cannot give me store credit which is a COMPLETE LIE. the tags were still on and I couldn't even put the dress on to get a stain on it. I really cannot believe they pulled this I am so furious. I will be disputing this. Hate companies like this. They deserve the worst. $150 down the drain. They could've at least sent me the dress back like it said they would in their policy.
