“i ordered a top which came terribly made so I emailed them. at first i was offered a replacement ‘subject to availability’ and then when i agreed i was then told its out of stock.
then i was offered a refund which i agreed to and then they took like 2 and a half hours to respond (i had to follow up for a response) only for them to say they will only give me a refund upon return. like is there a reason why they couldn’t say that in the first place? also i think it’s weird that they want me to return the top so they can sell a terribly made top to some unsuspecting customer.

“SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I really hate getting scammed. I bought this dress Aug. 28th express shipping ended up paying $118 (dress was around $80) and quality was so cheap I couldn't believe I paid that much, but I needed it for a birthday party so I decided to just exchange for a bigger size, but they said I could not get a refund or exchange for a bigger size I could only get store credit and repurchase the correct size. The dress was too small and the zipper kept getting stuck so I had to pay $30 to return it back within the 14day period (I live in the USA). I had to contact them because I hadn't heard from them in a month. They responded a day later when I asked them about returning my dress to exchange it for a bigger size, but now that I've actually sent it there was no response for weeks. They finally responded to me yesterday (OCTOBER) saying that the dress had a "stain" and cannot give me store credit which is a COMPLETE LIE. the tags were still on and I couldn't even put the dress on to get a stain on it. I really cannot believe they pulled this I am so furious. I will be disputing this. Hate companies like this. They deserve the worst. $150 down the drain. They could've at least sent me the dress back like it said they would in their policy.”

Currently undergoing legal action with Trading standard and Citizen advice for the violation of my Consumer Rights - The will not admit fault and they will take your money and run! Disgusting brand with disgusting customer service. Despite agreeing to a credit note for non faulty items - the faulty items were refused a refund. “First of all the customer service is whack so I feel no way about saying what I have to say.
Clothing fit is off. I ordered their smallest size and it was massive. I usually fit in a size 8 so this was just bazaar. My friend ordered a 14 and hers came up really small. It’s giving I measured these myself at home.
Secondly the colour and fit shown on the site is nothing like what I received. It was a lot darker and to be honest complete different colour.
This website only gives store credit as no one would want to buy their again after returning their items. I emailed them as me and my son were unwell and I knew I would miss my return date. Seeing as it’s store credit and I had a reason I thought they would be understanding.
No! I’ve donated their items to charity where they belong. The bill email I received back was full of attitude to be honest to say the clothes were shocking I just thought how hilarious.
Anyways avoid my friend got her store credit which she is never going to use anyways. Honestly need to spend less time promoting themselves on Insta and more time actually delivering a good service to the customers who have paid for their cheaply made overpriced clothing 🫠”
