i ordered a top which came terribly made so I emailed them. at first i was offered a replacement ‘subject to availability’ and then when i agreed i was then told its out of stock. then i was offered a refund which i agreed to and then they took like 2 and a half hours to respond (i had to follow up for a response) only for them to say they will only give me a refund upon return. like is there a reason why they couldn’t say that in the first place? also i think it’s weird that they want me to return the top so they can sell a terribly made top to some unsuspecting customer. will never order from here again, a waste of money
