I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the experience I had with Solace is worth writing about. I bought 3 bands after measuring my wrist size and falling right in between S and M. Knowing they’d stretch, I went with size S. Well, they showed up and didn’t fit (too big!). I inquired about exchanging them for an XS, and was directed to their return/exchange site. I’d already tossed the packaging because I’m dumb like that, so I was worried they wouldn’t take them back. And they didn’t! They sent me the bands in XS size and told me to donate or gift the bands that didn’t fit. Amazing. Def will order from here again.
