I am giving this company 3 out of 5 stars because when I purchased my 2nd band from them, it came defective and I was charged shipping to send it back by the company. I don't think that is right. I purchased the first band and I really like it...fits great, not too tight so I ordered a 2nd band. When I pulled it on my wrist, one of the woven pieces came out of the end and was hanging out. I didn't think it was a good idea to keep it because if one piece came out the rest probably will too. I just don't think this one was made right....maybe made on a Monday-ha. Went through the website to return and I had to pay the shipping to return it. I won't buy anymore even though I like the first one and am still wearing it.
