I love the loop bands, they are super comfortable and go through the washing machine like stars. Washing them that way seems to help them go back to their original lengths. I am still getting used to my perma bands. Once I figured it out they are easy to adjust by removing links although the pins are very small and my eyes are not so good. My challenge is my arm seems to be 1/2 link too large for the non-thin band so it is loose which doesn't make me feel like my watch is reading correctly. I am having more luck with the slim perma bands I bought because their links are smaller. It would be nice if the larger perma band had a small link on each side that could be used to adjust for this situation. Still everything said, I wear Solace bands pretty much 100% of the time
