I ordered the loop bands, I followed the size instructions with printing and cutting out the paper template. Unfortunately, XS was just too tight, it fit but not comfortably. On exchanging the bands, which I loved, Solace shipped me new sizes and told me to find someone who could wear the too small bands rather than return them. I will order more from them, just because of this policy. GREAT COMPANY!
