I ordered the wrong size, which was my fault and after exchanging for the correct size, solace let me keep the too small bands. While this is very generous, now I have three unopened, never used bands that they claim is in the name of sustainability. But wouldn’t it be better and more sustainable to take them back and send them to someone else? Other than that, great customer service and I can’t wait for the right size bands to arrive!
