Giving three stars, because I ordered a medium watch band and it was too big, they kindly replaced with a small and now it’s too small 😫 not their fault, but the band doesn’t comfortably fit my wrist. BUT the company itself and their customer service team was great with helping me replace my watch. The sizing is just a bit 🥴
