I was sent a band that did not look like the band I ordered. Spoke with Rea in customer service who said she would send a replacement band and then came back and said that the correct band was sent actually. After sending her a picture of what the band was supposed to look like she said the company changed the band design & the website does not reflect it. I’m angry because this was not my mistake to fix and on top of that Rea did nothing to make this right for me. This was not my first purchase from solace but it will be my last. Why would anyone purchase from you if nothing is guaranteed about what you will actually be getting?
