The product is very nice; however, Customer Service could have been better. When I reached out to relay that I got an email from Solace saying that my order had been delivered but I actually had not received it (did not get an alert from my apartment complex that I had a delivery like I always do nor could the package be found), the Solace Customer Service rep said I had to wait up to 3 x business days to see if the order would be delivered in that time. After 3 x business days, I reached back out to Solace to confirm that I still had not received the package & asked if they could please either process a refund or replacement. Customer Service then made the comment that they will send a replacement as a "one-time courtesy." I don't need any favors especially when it comes to something as insignificant as a watch band & after spending nearly $40 for one. In the future, you may want to treat your customers with a little more respect as they can get watch bands anywhere.
