Truly one of the worst company’s I’ve had to deal with. I bought several bands from them with an estimated shipping time of 2-5 days. After two weeks with no email saying it was shipped, I decided to reach out to customer support. I sent several emails support, as well as reached out on social media over the next few weeks, with absolutely no response on their part. After a month and a half I was forced to file a charge-back with my bank. Only AFTER they were notified from my bank did they decide to send them, despite my several emails telling them not to ship as I already filed the dispute with my bank. I am now attempting to get a shipping slip to send them back, but surprise, costumer support is no help. I would not waste my time With this company, bands were cheap looking and seemed to be the exact ones I bought cheaper from another site. Save your money.
