I bought several of the Solace bands during a promotion. One of them, I wasn’t thrilled with the color in person, so I contacted customer service for an exchange. The exchange was smooth and easy. (Of course, the color I wanted was out of stock so I had to choose another color, but the replacement Perma Band is very nice!) My only suggestion would be to allow folks to choose the color of the connector and clasp. Quality of the Perma Band is VERY good! Almost went back and bought the original color I wanted that is back in stock, but I will wait for another sale. 🙂
