I used the measuring tool which suggested a size XS. XS was too tight so I exchanged for a S (customer service was very helpful). Product labeled size S arrived but was the same size as the XS. I also received a free mystery band labeled size S but it was slightly longer than the band I ordered and fit well. I reached out to customer service to get a new size S band in the color I initially ordered. Still have not received that band.
