This is a great company selling a great nebulizer. I chose to buy from SonoHealth after an exhaustive internet search of all brands, sizes and prices of other nebulizer. I had a question about the loudness and the response was immediate and very cordial. The only thing that displeased me is that I needed the nebulizer quickly, so paid double money for 2-day shipping, however the product took 4 days to arrive. I don't know if that was SonoHealth's fault or the postal service's fault, but when a pet or person can't breathe at night, excuses aren't acceptable, so that was the only disappointment. Still, it's an excellent product that I highly recommend.
