This was my first time ordering! I fell in love with the cow hide platform sandals and had to have them. Unfortunately, there was a mishap while I was wearing them for the first time! I was heartbroken but contacted their customer service line via email! Then promptly helped me out with my issues and sent me a BRAND NEW PAIR!! Thank y’all so so much! I will be ordering again soon and also telling friends and family❤️❤️❤️
