The customer service is lacking to say the least. I recently moved and was waiting a very long time on a shirt to get delivered. I reached out to customer service weeks before the move and informed them so that they could update the shipping address, they told me they did and no worries. Well, the shirt was delivered to my old address. I reached out to customer service via Facebook messenger and through email explaining the situation and asking what we do now? Absolutely zero response. Guess they didn't want to deal with an unhappy customer.
