Return policy is very vauge, yet is very strict on what you can return or even exchange for in-store credit. Descriptions on the clothes such as length, for example, are not adequate. Stating a shirt is hip length instead of the inches does no one any good. Not everyone is the size of your models- please take into account people are different heights, have long or short torsos especially on the plus size and with the return policy, I would think it would steer others away from making a purchase, just as it has done me. I do love the T-shirts and will continue to order those :) I also had an issue with shipping taking 2 weeks and was given two completely different reasons as to why the order never shipped. When it finally did ship, I received it within a couple of days. Overall a cute boutique, unique products but does have room for improvements.
