Super bummed because this is such a cute company. I ordered for the first time in November and it took 3 weeks for my glitter bomb shoes to come in…in the wrong size!!!! I contacted customer service to see what my options were (hoping to refund the shoes because they took forever and were the wrong size) but instead of asking they automatically sent me the right size and said I needed to return the wrong size — what a hassle!! And guess what… the right size (9) is too small. I wear 8.5-9. Frustrated and disappointed! This has been a month long ordeal. Won’t be ordering from them again.
