Can’t review anything as I’ve never received any of it!! Placed order on Nov 18th. Shipped first part Dec. Been sitting at same place (Hub) since Dec 8 in Illinois, That’s 14 days it has been sitting there. Have emailed your company twice with no response. I did make contact with someone last Thursday who told me the exact thing I could see on my tracking and told me I’d receive it.. Nothing! Still same issue.. sitting in Illinois awaiting pickup from somebody. Called once, yesterday actually left voicemail about situation, still no phone call back. This was a Christmas present that’s not going to make it and I was told would be here before Christmas back at the end of November when I emailed checking on status as to when it was going to even ship! Have filed dispute with PayPal, still no response from your company and now have escalated the issue and filed a claim for my money to be refunded. Poor customer service!! First and last time I will order from this company.
