Their turn around time is 15-20 business days. I ordered my items dec 9 and did not received until January 10. I understand Holidays and such but I needed my items for a certain event and they did not arrive on time. I also don’t like that if it’s on sale at all you cannot return even for store credit. I understand Clearance and final sale items but I did not even know my item was on sale until checkout which was nice but also made it unreturnable.
