I love the products but the customer service is a huge problem. I usually love ordering from here but lately they've decided to not ship one of my orders and ignore all messages when I try to contact them. I'm not the only one. There are plenty of comments from customers on Facebook and reviews that have the same issue; SFC not answering them about why orders haven't shipped. I placed an order on 11-23-22 and haven't heard a peep about when my order might ship or what the delay is. I've placed orders after this one and have recieved those items already. I initially reached out on 12-20-22 with no response. I've tried everything; emailing, messaging on FB, leaving comments on Instagram, on the FB Boutique page as well as the FB VIP page. I've called but it only goes to voicemail. I've even gone as far as commenting on the CEO Liz Ross' Instagram just in hopes that would do something, but no. Nothing. This is the worst customer service. Makes me never want to purchase from them again out of fear that I might not get my order and not be able to get in touch with anyone about it. Which really sucks.
