This was my first time ordering from a western boutique online. I made an order in November and only received one article of clothing by Mid January. I emailed them and asked when the rest of my items would be arriving. They then told me they had issues where many people had been making orders on items that were not in stock. I understand issues happen once in a while but no one had even reached out to me to let me know there was a mistake on their end. I had to reach out to them months later to find out. They then stated they gave me store credit and a little extra for their mistake. I think it was maybe like $5 extra for their mistake. I asked for a refund to my card I used, and they did that for me. The only thing I was satisfied with. If they would have emailed me instantly when it happened or actually gave a good compensation for a mistake that happened months ago I would have gave them another shot. But it was poorly handled.
