Extremely Disappointing Experience with SpiceJet I was scheduled to fly on flight SG231 from Delhi to Khajuraho on October 26, 2024, but the flight was canceled more than two hours after the scheduled departure time. To make matters worse, no refreshments were provided during the long wait at the airport. Although the staff promised compensation, I have yet to receive any follow-up. I have sent multiple emails to SpiceJet’s Customer Relations team and escalated the matter to the Appellate Authority, but they continue to manipulate the situation and give contradictory responses regarding the flight cancellation. There were over 80 passengers booked on the same flight, all of whom can attest to the fact that the flight was indeed canceled. Despite this, SpiceJet has failed to offer any meaningful support or resolution.I am still waiting for my refund, which has been pending for 25 days now. As of today, November 20, 2024, I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated by this experience. SpiceJet has been the worst airline experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider flying with them.
