I would specifically mention the most kind and helpful ground staff Supervisor Mr. Amit Sharma , at Dharamshala airport who was very courteous and gentleman to our only ladies group. Thank you Sir.”
“Horrible service with SpiceJet at Delhi Airport. At check-in counter, lady name SHIPRA was HORRIBLE. She was misbehaving and was very arrogant. Was not ready to listen. and said she is head of spicejet at delhi airport...which I knew she is not. She refused to call her supervisor to resolve the issue. I was traveling on 26-Jan-2025.
I hope she is fired from spicejet. I dont intend to go back to spicejet for next travel unless it is only choice for me.”

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment my family and I received on SpiceJet flight SG3453 from Bagdogra (IXB) to Kolkata (CCU) on [date of travel]. We were seated in 3A, 3B, 3C, and 3D.
The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of a cabin crew member named Kaveri, which significantly detracted from our travel experience. The specific incidents were as follows:
1. While boarding, my mother's phone camera was accidentally activated. Instead of politely requesting her to turn it off, the crew member aggressively confronted her, threatening a ₹1,000 fine and stating we were under CCTV surveillance. I wish to clarify that my mother had no intention of taking photos or videos.
2. Without proper communication, the same crew member removed my father's backpack from our overhead compartment to accommodate another passenger's luggage. When questioned, she simply stated "you need to adjust" without any explanation or courtesy.
3. When I had my phone on my lap, the crew member again accused me of taking photos and threatened another ₹1,000 fine. When I expressed that her tone was inappropriate, she responded unprofessionally, stating to my father, "I'm not being rude! Please tell your daughter I'm not her friend."
While I understand the importance of safety regulations and crew instructions, I believe there are professional ways to communicate with passengers that do not involve intimidation, accusations, or disrespect. This treatment caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment to my family and significantly diminished our impression of SpiceJet's service standards.
I would appreciate if you could investigate this matter and provide appropriate feedback to the crew member in question. I would also like to know what steps SpiceJet is taking to ensure that passengers are treated with respect and dignity.

“Read all the bad reviews of SpiceJet and here I am waiting for a flight that has been rescheduled over 4 hours with a chance of it being cancelled. Super frustrated. I had no other option since SpiceJet was the only flight flying directly to my destination. All plans had to be cancelled with so much of own cost involved. “My check in luggage was under weight, my cabin bag was over weight , still spice jet staff at boarding pass counter told me that you can take your cabin bag with some extra weight. We have no problem with that, but at the time of scanning boarding pass while getting into the the plan at the last moment they said that ill have to pay extra 500 dirhams to take the luggage in. If they had said something before i could have managed something but this all happened at the last moment when i had no time left. They are looting the customers like this, overall very bad experience.”

“I was traveling with spice jet on 12 Jan 2025
SG 13 Mumbai to Dubai departure time 10.55 PM. I was running bit late because of traffic and kindly apologize to staff as well they said ok you arrived 120 Min before that fine will do asap you’re checked-in.
I was doing documentation for Boarding pass
My Luggage bag was 1 kg extra i requested them please adjust 1 kg they denied i removed 1 kg from my bag .
Also in hand luggage 5 kg extra they explain me same removed or Pay i was ready to pay 3 kg and removed 2 kg (3900 Rps for 3 kg) both staff was good with me and process was going on.
One staff Ms Kalpana came and keep interfered in my boarding process ,she doesn’t know i paid for extra luggage and without knowing said i will see how they are released you’re Boarding pass you have to pay i will hold your boarding i said i paid still dint gave me boarding pass kept with her. Even aging i said now i have to pay my shoulder sling bag also i kept my bag on weigh-machine i was ready to pay that also i was getting late because of her . She keep saying pragati you’re always traveling with spice jet and bring extra luggage’s that words was shocking because i travelled once in while with spice jet and you can checked as well but Kalpana kept her drama on without reasons doing arguments with me also used some offensive words to me literally i cried you can check CCTV footage as evidence
Such worst experience with Spice-jet .
Really i will request take some action those kind of employees we are not paying to get such experiences .Kindly show some respect towards customers 👏🏻.

All this when they dint let me check in at the counter even when i was 1 hour early.
Completely unprofessional staff and rude to customers , they even told me that they did a favour my letting me check in when they dint want to. Such audacity !!!!”
“Spicejet Flight experience was very pathetic, Seats are torn off, Seats pockets are completely torn off, Seats are very hard and the flight is very worst. Flight sound is very pathetic and while landing flight is very Shakey. On a total experience, I advise please do not take life risk by travelling with this or any flight belongs to SPICE JET. they do not care about our safety at all.
Note: Hostess Shamu, Supriya and others are very friendly and very good.”
“Flight SG712 was delayed for more than 2 hours and then return flight SG711 is again later for more than 2 hours. I am never going to book SpiceJet again. Everytime the reason for delay is reported as operation issue.”
