I purchased a pair of shoes online. In my proper size but a different brand than I usually buy. They did say final sale. However I just wanted to exchange for a different size and they absolutely would not help. Just told me they are final sale. That's it. I could understand if I asked for a refund but I just wanted a different size when there was not an option to try on before buying. I will not shop here again. Every other store is accommodating due to covid. Not this one.
