Went to return 2 shirts purchased for my son's birthday.Had the receipt for one item but not the other as his granny had bought it for him. I explained that we had bought them together at the same time. Both were unworn with all the tags on. We had already picked out 2 new shirts and wished to do an exchange. At first the cashier said he could look up the receipt as I had my receipt which was exactly the same day and time. He then said he couldn't and called a manager .The manager came over and bluntly said no returns without a receipt and that the policy had been in place for some time and walked away.There was not even a hello,no questions or explanation or consideration given. Customer service was not even vaguely present from this "manager"?.
